Who operates this website
Philip Harvey trading as Harvtec operates PULSE at compliance.harvtec.co.uk. For privacy enquiries, use Harvtec’s contact page. That page’s privacy terms apply when you submit an enquiry.
What this site uses
PULSE does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising pixels, or store your search or checklist selections. Those controls run in your browser and reset when you leave or reload. Copying a link or brief uses your clipboard only when you select the copy control. Your browser may ask for permission.
Hosting security and access logs can include IP address, requested URL, response status and browser information. These support operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, on the basis of legitimate interests. They are not used for advertising profiles. Operational logs are rotated; they are not a permanent readership database. Harvtec’s main privacy notice explains data rights and how to raise a concern.
External links and sharing
Source and service links open other websites with their own privacy practices. Facebook sharing opens Facebook only when you choose it; PULSE does not embed a Facebook tracking widget. Service links may include a campaign label identifying the article, with no personal identifier. RSS can be read without giving us your email address.
Accessibility
The site supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, text resizing and reduced-motion preferences. Articles and source links are available without JavaScript. Search, clipboard controls and the interactive site brief use JavaScript. The brief is a discussion aid, not a pass/fail assessment or certificate.
